These industrial wire baskets carry 4,000 lb, stack 4 high when loaded, and fold down to 8″ when empty – so the bins that move bulk parts, returns and work-in-progress all week store 17 high in a single pallet rack bay when you are done with them. Built for bulk material handling, warehouse organization and pallet rack systems, they replace cardboard gaylords and wooden crates anywhere a load needs to be visible, forkliftable, and reused hundreds of times.

Four collapsible wire container sizes, one construction

All four share the same build: 2″ × 2″ mesh in heavy 2-gauge wire (the Small uses a tighter ½″ × ½″ 11-gauge mesh for small parts), robotically welded for consistent strength, electrogalvanized for long-lasting corrosion resistance. The only decision is footprint and height.

Not sure which size? Choose the Large. It is the 48x40 (48″ × 40″) footprint every forklift, pallet jack, rack bay and trailer is built around, and it is the size our customers reorder most. Go XL only if what you are moving is bulky rather than heavy – the extra six inches adds volume, not capacity. The Small takes half a pallet position and suits hardware, cores and small parts; the Medium fits between a tote and a pallet for tight aisles.

4,000 lb capacity, stacks 4 high loaded

Each wire container is rated for 4,000 lb, on every size. Four-way forklift entry means the forks go in from any side, so a loaded container lifts and places in a pallet rack like a pallet does. The Large and XL fit a standard 48x40 rack bay. Loaded containers stack 4 high on the floor.

Folds flat to 8″ for storage and return freight

Empty, the walls fold down onto the base and the container stands about 8″ tall. Collapsed wire containers stack 17 high, which cuts the floor space they take up by roughly three quarters and does the same to return freight when you ship empties back from a customer or a second plant.
