Refund Policy:

You can return products that are unused or defective within 30 days from the date of purchase. It's possible that some returns will have restocking charges. In cases where your purchase details are unclear, we'll ask for a Proof of Purchase. If the item wasn't delivered with a fault, wasn't wrongly delivered, or wasn't damaged when it arrived, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the return.

Always get approval from our customer support team before making a return. Start the return process by contacting sales@dwixt.com. Doing this ensures we guide you properly and provide the correct return address, helping you avoid extra fees.

Keep in mind that returns might come with a restocking charge of 30%.

Inspecting Products with Defects or Damages:

Always check your shipment for damages once it arrives. For products delivered through a freight carrier, jot down any damages you see on the Freight Receipt before you accept the delivery. If your return is approved for items that are broken or were damaged when they got to you, we will offer an exchange or refund at no extra cost. However, if the damage is due to misuse or normal wear and tear, we might not approve your return.

How to Cancel an Order:

If you want to cancel an order, contact us immediately. If you cancel before we ship, we'll refund you in full. But remember, some custom-made items can't be canceled once they start being made.
