Order Delivery Timeframe

The speed at which your items are delivered depends on two main factors:
  1. Items we have in stock typically dispatch in 1-3 business days. For products that aren't routinely stocked and require manufacturing, the dispatch timeframe varies from 5 days up to 6 weeks based on the specific item, and this can change.   2. After your items leave our facility, the delivery time is influenced by the shipping method and the delivery address. For items sent via UPS ground or standard carrier services, you can expect them within 1 to 7 business days post-dispatch. Expedited shipping options, like 2nd day air or overnight delivery, are faster. If you need further clarity about your order's status, please connect with us.

Kindly understand that delivery estimates are approximations, and Dwixt is not accountable for any delays or late deliveries by shipping companies. Orders must be placed before 11 am Central for same-day dispatch. Any orders placed after this cutoff, including expedited shipments, will be dispatched the subsequent day.

Shipping Fees

Our product prices exclude shipping fees. These fees will be calculated and added to your invoice when you check out. The only exception is for products that are part of promotional "Free Shipping" bundles. If you'd like a precise shipping fee before completing your purchase, don't hesitate to get in touch via phone or email, and we'll provide a quote.

We prioritize cost-effective shipping methods for our customers, unless you have a specific preference. Thanks to our partnerships, we avail notable shipping discounts and pass these savings to our customers. Do note, any extra shipping fees due to address corrections or product returns resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.

For certain products that are delivered via freight, an appointment might be necessary for delivery. It may also require the recipient to manually unload the items from the delivery truck. Please note that not all deliveries offer liftgate options.

International Deliveries

For orders shipped internationally, there might be additional customs or duty charges which are not included in our shipping fees. These charges will be billed to you directly by carriers like UPS or FedEx unless you have a designated customs broker. Currently, we deliver to the U.S. and Canada.

Payment Methods

Customers with a good credit history can opt for Net 30 payment terms. All other transactions must be prepaid using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, wire transfers, cashier's checks, or company checks. For further payment details, please consult our customer service team. We also accept purchase orders from educational institutions, government bodies, and other public entities.

Procedure for Damaged Shipments

Always inspect your delivered items for potential damages before signing the delivery receipt. Ensure you have UNPACKED and CHECKED EACH ITEM before signing. Just because the packaging looks intact doesn't mean the product inside isn't damaged. By signing without inspecting, you legally affirm that all items are in perfect condition. If damage is discovered later, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company directly as we won't have any recourse.

In case of noticeable damages, inform the delivery person, and ensure this information is documented when you sign. Then, promptly notify our customer support so we can organize a replacement and arrange for the shipping company to inspect the damaged goods.

Please be aware that shipping carriers may occasionally damage items. It's crucial to report any damages to us immediately and no later than 3 days after receipt. Shipping companies will not entertain any claims after this 3-day period.
