FlexNet modular pallet rack safety netting – 60″ mesh panels for 8 to 13 ft bays
Full-height rack netting you can run across a whole row. FlexNet is a knotless polyester mesh panel, 60″ tall, with roughly 2″ square openings and about 1,600 lb of burst strength. Hook the corners into the uprights, overlap the next panel, and keep going – it covers a single bay or a multi-bay run of pallet racking with continuous back-of-rack protection. Teardrop or J-hook attachments install with no tools; optional carabiner assemblies and anchor kits add retention where you want it.

Sizes are named by the bay they fit
Order by beam length – the clear width of the bay between uprights. A 108″ (9 ft) beam takes the 108″ panel. Every panel is 60″ (5 ft) tall; for a taller level, hang two panels one above the other and overlap them. For longer runs, order one panel per bay and overlap adjacent panels slightly for continuous coverage.

FlexNet, MeshGuard or StretchGuard?
FlexNet (this product) is the full-height, modular choice for covering a level or a whole run. MeshGuard is a fixed 32.5″ mesh net between two elastic straps – the simplest way to hold the top band of a load in place. StretchGuard is the elastic strap alone, for a low-cost backstop. Installation notes
- Hook the corner attachments into the upright posts at the height you want; add anchors or carabiners for extra retention.

- Inspect before use; replace a panel that is cut, frayed or damaged.
- Not fall protection for people and not a substitute for engineered guarding where it is required. FlexNet retains stored items.

How do I measure for the right width?
Measure the clear beam length between uprights – 96, 102, 108, 120, 144 or 156 in. – and choose the matching panel. All panels are 60 in. tall. For longer runs, order one panel per bay and overlap them slightly; for taller coverage, hang two panels and overlap vertically.
Which attachment style should I choose?
Teardrop for standard teardrop or slotted uprights; J-hook for structural or RediRack-style uprights. Optional carabiner assemblies and anchor kits add retention on either style.
What is the difference between FlexNet and MeshGuard?
FlexNet is a 60 in. tall modular mesh panel you overlap for full-height, multi-bay coverage; MeshGuard is a fixed 32.5 in. net sewn between two elastic straps that holds the top band of a load. Choose FlexNet when loose items could fall from anywhere on the level, MeshGuard when cartons shift off the top of pallets.
Does it need tools to install?
No. The corner attachments hook into the uprights by hand. A panel goes up in a couple of minutes and lifts off the same way if you re-slot the beams.
Will it keep pallets from being pushed through the rack?
It helps prevent push-through of cartons and loose product and keeps the flue space clear, with about 1,600 lb burst strength. It is not designed to catch a full pallet driven through the bay, and it is not fall protection for people – that takes engineered guarding.
Can I see through it?
Yes. The 2 in. square openings keep labels, barcodes and product visible for picking, SKU checks and cycle counting, and they let air and sprinkler water pass through.
