MeshGuard pallet rack safety net – fixed mesh rack netting for 8 to 13 ft bays
Keep cartons on the rack and out of the aisle. MeshGuard is a fixed pallet rack safety net: a vinyl-coated mesh panel sewn between two 2″ elastic polyester rack straps, hooked to the uprights on the front or back of a bay. It holds loose cartons, shifted loads and palletized items in place with roughly 2,400 lb of burst strength, keeps the flue space clear, and installs in minutes on teardrop or structural uprights with no tools. Six bay widths from 96″ to 156″, one 32.5″ height.

Teardrop or J-hook?
Choose Teardrop for standard teardrop or slotted uprights – the bracket drops into the upright's slots. Choose J-hook for structural, RediRack-style or other uprights where a hook over the post edge is the better hold. Both come in every width; the net itself is identical.
Sizes are named by the bay they fit
Order by beam length – the clear width of the bay between uprights. A 96″ (8 ft) beam takes the 96″ net. The elastic straps take up the slack, so you measure the beam and pick the matching size; nothing to subtract. What is pallet rack safety netting for?
It stops cartons, loose items and shifted loads from falling off the back or front of a rack bay into an aisle, walkway or work area, and it helps keep the flue space behind the pallets clear. Most facilities fit it along forklift aisles, pick paths and anywhere racking backs onto a walkway.
How do I measure for the right size?
Measure the beam length – the clear width of the bay between the uprights – and order that size: 96, 102, 108, 120, 144 or 156 in. The elastic in the straps takes up the difference, so there is nothing to subtract. Every MeshGuard is 32.5 in. tall.
Teardrop or J-hook – which attachment do I need?
Teardrop for standard teardrop or slotted uprights; J-hook for structural or RediRack-style uprights. Look at the holes in your upright: teardrop-shaped slots take the teardrop bracket, anything else takes the J-hook.
How many nets do I need?
One per bay, per level you want covered. A 10-bay run with three loaded levels along an aisle takes 30 nets. For full-height coverage instead of the 32.5 in. band, use FlexNet panels and overlap them.
Will it hold a pallet?
It is built to retain cartons, loose items and a load that has shifted – about 2,400 lb burst strength – not to catch a full pallet pushed through the bay or to protect people. Rack protection for personnel needs engineered guarding.
Does it need tools to install?
No. The four attachments hook into the uprights by hand. Set the net at the height you want, pull it to even tension, and it stays put; it lifts off the same way if you re-slot the beams.
