Can you stack two IBCs on top of the Ultra-IBC Spill Pallet Plus? Stacking two fully loaded IBCs is not recommended. Instead, consider the Ultra-IBC Spill Pallet for higher weight capacities.
Is the Ultra-IBC Spill Pallet Plus available with a drain? Yes, it is available with a drain (Part# 1158) or without (Part# 1157).
What type of drain is used for these pallets? A threaded hole in the sidewall features a ¾” polyethylene plug with NPT threads for drainage.
Can the Ultra-IBC Spill Pallet Plus be used outdoors? It is suitable for outdoor use as it is made from LLDPE with UV inhibitors. However, consider rainwater accumulation in the sump and use protective measures like overhead cover or a pull over cover (Part# 1159).
Are there any other accessories that I should know about? The Ultra-Bucket Shelf is a useful accessory for capturing incidental leaks during liquid dispensing. When ordered with the pallet, a bulkhead fitting is also installed to direct liquids into the sump.
What’s with the columns inside of the sump and do they need to be installed a certain way? Columns provide internal support and should be installed as directed. For installation guidance or queries, please contact us.
