The Industrial Drum Tippers from Valley Craft provides an excellent solution to enhance safety and productivity by using a mechanized lifting and tipping mechanism to discard material. These drum tippers are ideally crafted in stationary and mobile models for routine dumping spaces and frequently shifting locations.
Our drum chutes can accommodate diverse steel, plastic, or fiber drum types, with diameters up to 25" and heights ranging from 26-43". A provisioned hold-down bar, adjustable per 1" increments, securely locks the drum in place. Various dump heights, ranging from 36" to 84", can handle a load capacity of up to 1,500 lbs. Manufactured with sturdy 7 gauge steel, our drum tippers can withstand the harshest environments. The unit can be conveniently fixed to the ground using the pre-drilled mounting holes for added stability, and the chute is conveniently located at floor level for easy drum loading.
Execute the tipping process with an easy hand-held pendant with a magnetic back. The pendant ensures a powered dump and gravity-fed return in less than a minute. Whereas the 60" and shorter models (36", 48", 60") use a single-phase dump cycle, the taller models (72" and 84") operate on a two-phase dump cycle to reach the required heights. Both designs rise vertically until the arms touch the pivot rollers, triggering a safe and efficient chute rotation. The units operate efficiently on a 60 Hz / 110V power source with a 1HP motor and a 1GPM pump.
