Built around the one thing a normal pallet gets wrong: the valve. An IBC tote discharges from a valve at the bottom front, and on a flat pallet deck that valve is buried – you cannot get a container under it or a hand on it without lifting the tote. This pallet has a molded channel running to the front edge that clears the valve and gives you access to it in place. 4,000 lb dynamic, 15,000 lb static, five runners with steel rod reinforcement, 56 lb. Molded in the USA from 100% recycled plastic.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the valve channel actually do?
It gives you room to work. An IBC tote discharges from a valve at the bottom of the front face, sitting only a few inches off the deck. On a flat pallet there is no clearance to get a drum, a jug or a hand underneath it, so people end up lifting the tote onto blocks – which is awkward with 2,400 lb of liquid in it. The molded channel runs back from the front edge and clears that space, so you can decant with the tote sitting where it is.
Will it fit both 275 and 330 gallon totes?
Yes. Both standard sizes use a 48x40 base footprint – the 330 is taller, not wider. Weight is the thing to check: a 275 gallon tote of water is around 2,400 lb and a 330 is closer to 2,900 lb, both inside the 4,000 lb dynamic rating. If you are filling with something heavier than water, work out the actual filled weight before loading.
Can I stack loaded IBC totes on these?
Stacking is governed by the tote and its cage, not the pallet – check the tote manufacturer's stacking rating first, and never stack a tote that is not rated for it. The pallet's 15,000 lb static capacity means it is not the limiting factor in a stack, but the tote almost always is.
Is the IBC tote pallet rack rated?
No. The 15,000 lb static rating applies on a solid floor. This model carries no published rack rating, and IBC totes are heavy enough that guessing here would be genuinely dangerous. For IBC storage in racking, use rack designed for tote loads, or fit wire mesh decking rated for the weight.
Why plastic rather than the steel pallet the tote came on?
Corrosion and contamination. Steel IBC bases rust where chemicals sit on them, and wood bases absorb spills and cannot be cleaned. Plastic does neither – it washes off completely, will not rot in a wet yard, and there is nothing for residue to soak into. For rebottling and refurbishment operations that is the whole point.
