The Manual Driven Drum Lifts and Rotators by Valley Craft simplify the labor-intensive tasks of lifting, rotating, and moving drums. Compatible with various drum types, including steel, plastic, and fiber, these devices facilitate easy handling and maneuvering of drums.
Offering heights up to 84" (options of 78" or 90" also available) that can be achieved in a mere 30 seconds and the convenience of 360° rotation in any direction, these devices are highly adaptable to your needs. The provided straps are designed to secure drums ranging in size from 14-24” in diameter. Thanks to the 800 lb. capacity and easy maneuvering on (4) casters ((2) 6" front rigid, and (2) 4" rear swivel), these are standalone devices that don’t necessitate forklift support.
Models are available in straddle and counter-weighted variants. While standard straddle models feature extended front legs that can go below pallets/shelves, counter-weighted models enhance handling by directly aligning with pallets or shelves. Be aware that counter-weighted units are heavier and require more effort to move. Safety and ergonomics are encouraged through foot pedal lifting and hand crank rotation, ensuring power is always at hand. Optional floor locks can be purchased separately.
