The smallest structural pallet we carry, and one of the strongest for its size. 37 by 32 inches is roughly half the floor of a GMA pallet, yet it is rated 5,000 lb dynamic, 30,000 lb static and 1,000 lb in a rack, at just 36 lb. Three full-length runners give a pallet jack clean access. Molded in the USA from 100% recycled plastic.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a half pallet used for?
Splitting a load. If your product moves in quantities that only fill half a GMA pallet, a full-size pallet means paying to ship and store empty deck. Half pallets are standard in retail floor-ready displays, in direct-to-store distribution, and anywhere the reorder quantity is genuinely small. Two of them also sit neatly in a standard 48x40 rack bay.
How can such a small pallet hold 30,000 lb static?
Because static capacity is about resisting crushing on a solid floor, and a shorter, narrower pallet has less unsupported span in every direction. The same construction that would flex on a 48-inch span is very stiff over 37 inches. It is the same reason the rack rating holds up at this size.
Will two of these fit a standard rack bay?
Two 37x32 pallets side by side come to 64 inches of width, which fits inside a typical 96-inch bay with room to spare, and many operations run three across. Check how each pallet lands on the beams – every pallet needs proper bearing on both beams, and small pallets in a bay set for 48x40 are exactly the situation where one can drop through. Fit decking if there is any doubt.
Is it strong enough to replace a full-size pallet?
For the load it is sized to carry, yes – it matches our largest 48x40 pallets on static capacity and carries a genuine rack rating. What it cannot do is carry a load that physically overhangs the footprint. Overhang defeats the ratings entirely, because the load is no longer supported by the pallet.
What does it cost to ship these?
Very little per pallet. They stack 18 to a unit and a 53-foot trailer holds 918, which is close to double what a 48x40 structural pallet manages. On any decent order size the freight per pallet is among the lowest in the range.
