Dwixt plastic pallets replace wood in the applications where wood fails: export shipments that would otherwise need heat treatment, wash-down environments, food and pharmaceutical handling, and any operation tired of splinters, loose nails, and broken stringers. Every pallet we sell is injection molded in the USA from 100% recycled plastic, and carries a 10 to 15 year service life in normal warehouse use.
Which plastic pallet do you need?
Nestable and export pallets are the lightweight, low-cost option for one-way shipping. They nest inside one another when empty, so 70 pallets occupy a single pallet position instead of seventy - which is what makes them cheap to buy and cheap to freight. Every plastic pallet is exempt from ISPM-15, so international shipments need no heat treatment, fumigation, or stamp.
Rackable and heavy duty pallets carry reinforced runners and optional steel rods, taking static loads up to 30,000 lb and rack ratings to 3,000 lb. These are the pallets for closed-loop systems, pallet racking, and repeat-use programs where the pallet has to come back and do the job again.
Drum, keg, IBC and automotive pallets are purpose-built for a specific load - lipped decks that contain drum spills, wells that hold half-barrel kegs, valve cutouts for IBC totes, and anchored seatbelt slots for automotive parts handling.

Sizing and capacity
48x40 is the GMA standard and fits virtually all US pallet racking and truck configurations. 45x45 and 48x48 suit drums and wide loads, 40x32 and 37x37 work for half-pallet and display applications, and 56x44 handles beverage and glass.
Read capacity as two numbers. Dynamic capacity is what the pallet carries while it is being moved by a forklift or jack. Static capacity is what it holds sitting still on a flat floor, and it is always the larger number. If the pallet is going into racking, the only number that matters is the rack rating - and a pallet with no rack rating should never be put in a beam.
